Christie is a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She graduated from Angelo State University in Texas with a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology. She worked as a licensed professional counselor in Texas for over twenty years with individuals, couples, and families.
During that time, she was employed by Samaritan Counseling Centers in Amarillo, Beaumont, and Port Arthur, TX. She also served as Director of Counseling Services for Catholic Charities in Beaumont.
