Linda Martin, MS, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor, MH3149

Linda Martin, LMHC, holds dual Master’s degrees in Counseling Psychology and School Guidance from Nova Southeastern University, along with Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from UCLA.

With over 40 years of clinical experience, Linda works with adults and adolescents seeking relief from distressing or overwhelming life experiences, emotional challenges, and lingering symptoms that interfere with daily functioning. She utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess unresolved experiences so they become less emotionally disruptive. EMDR is offered both in-person and virtually.

Linda also works with children using Sand Tray Therapy, a developmentally appropriate, expressive approach that allows children to process emotions and experiences through symbolic play in a safe, nonverbal manner. Sand Tray Therapy is offered exclusively in-office.

Her holistic approach honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit, supporting resilience, growth, and meaningful change. Limited in-office appointments are available, with virtual sessions offered on weekdays, including daytime and evening hours.

Most insurance plans are accepted, and client assistance may be available when needed.
